The Scorecard contains all information related to a person or company in Fusion. In addition to contact details, you will also be able to find information relating to statistics, economics, relations, planning and activities. Most of these fields can be administered directly from the contact card.

Viewing statistics

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it.
  3. Review the statistics.

Tip: You can expand and collapse the various sections in the scorecard by clicking the headings. The Show settings icon  produces an alternative view of sales and revenue statistics.

Resolving conflicts

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Relations tab.
  3. Locate the Conflicts heading and then click the Enter advertiser here field.
  4. Enter the name of the conflicting company and then click Add .
  5. Click Save And Reload .

Note: In order to make exclusions at the advertiser level, the conflict needs to be resolved at the company contact level. Settings made here will have an effect on order and campaign level.

Exporting contacts

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Relations tab.
  3. Locate the Contact type heading and then click Export.
  4. Choose a location to save the file and name the file.
  5. Click Save.

Note: The exported file will be saved as a .CSV (Comma Separated Values) and can then easily be opened in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. The exported file can also be saved in .XML (Extended Markup Language).

Adding events

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Activities tab.
  3. Click New Event at the bottom of the workspace.
  4. Enter a Description
  5. Select an event type from the drop-down menu
  6. Select a date range.
  7. Add participants using Add  and enter an appropriate name into the Search participants here field.
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Save And Reload .

Editing events

  1. Click the Activities tab.
  2. Locate the event to be edited in the events’ list and double-click the event.
  3. Make the desired changes and then click Save.
  4. Click Save And Reload .

Note: Changes made to events may not be visible until the scorecard is saved. Use Save And Reload and refresh the Activities area.

Tip: You can use the Search field to search for any text in the event including participants etc.

Removing events

  1. Click the event to be removed.
  2. Click Delete Event at the bottom of the workspace.

Note: You may not get a visual confirmation of an event selection, and since the action can not be undone, please do verify that you have selected the correct event for deletion.

Viewing order activities

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Order Activities tab.
  3. Review the orders.

Tip: You can change the sort order by clicking one of the list headings.

Viewing contact details

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Details tab.
  3. Review the details.

Note: The person and company scorecards are not identical. For example, the details tab for a person contains the account information and can be used for resetting the account password.

Viewing assets

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the AssetsTab tab.
  3. Review the assets.

Note: The AssetsTab panel is directly connected to the Assets area in the Assignments panel, any changes made in the scorecard’s AssetsTab area will be reflected in the Assignments panel and vice versa. That is, adding or removing assets from the scorecard will also add or remove them in the Assignments panel.

Tip: Selecting an asset will produce a preview of the asset on the right-side of the workspace.

Viewing advertiser financial information

  1. Search a contact using the Global Seeker.
  2. Double-click the contact to open it and click the Advertiser tab
  3. Click on one of the Order, Revenue, Pipeline, Projected Summary, Revenue by Advertiser or Pipeline & Projected by Advertiser tabs.
  4. Review the financial information.

Note: The person and company scorecards are not identical. For example, the Advertiser tab of a person is named ‘Salesperson’ and contains financial information related to that person.
